Have experience in customer support or data network.
Responsibilities & Context: - Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face.
- Response promptly to customer inquiries complains.
- Monitoring total system as well as network traffic and maintaining network equipment.
- Provide support, identify problems root causes, provide solutions accordingly and keep Records details of inquiries
- Instant report to supervisor and key persons who are related in same working domain.
- Overall ensure reliability of Internet service for Customer.
