Responsibilities & Context:
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face.

  • Response promptly to customer inquiries complains.

  • Monitoring total system as well as network traffic and maintaining network equipment.

  • Provide support, identify problems root causes, provide solutions accordingly and keep Records details of inquiries

  • Instant report to supervisor and key persons who are related in same working domain.

  • Overall ensure reliability of Internet service for Customer.
