Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, and Internet services
Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and related issues
Configure and install MikroTik, Access Points, WiFi Routers, Switches, and related devices
Manage firewall and security configurations (MikroTik)
Set up and maintain VPNs (IPSec, L2TP, PPTP, OpenVPN) for secure remote access
Provide mail-related support to clients (Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook)
Provide both remote and on-site client support
Collaborate with the NOC Team to ensure efficient service delivery
Maintain strong communication skills for effective client interaction and issue resolution
Prepare documentation and reporting as required
Manage technicians to establish new links and maintain existing ones
Knowledge of fiber and FTTX network architecture.
Coordinate with upstream providers, NTTN, and internal teams for link issues.
Participate in network expansion and upgrade projects.
