Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, and Internet services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and related issues

  • Configure and install MikroTik, Access Points, WiFi Routers, Switches, and related devices

  • Manage firewall and security configurations (MikroTik)

  • Set up and maintain VPNs (IPSec, L2TP, PPTP, OpenVPN) for secure remote access

  • Provide mail-related support to clients (Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook)

  • Provide both remote and on-site client support

  • Collaborate with the NOC Team to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Maintain strong communication skills for effective client interaction and issue resolution

  • Prepare documentation and reporting as required

  • Manage technicians to establish new links and maintain existing ones

  • Knowledge of fiber and FTTX network architecture.

  • Coordinate with upstream providers, NTTN, and internal teams for link issues.

    Participate in network expansion and upgrade projects.
