- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
- Backend Expertise: Strong command of C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in Angular (latest versions preferred), TypeScript, HTML5, and SCSS.
- Database: Solid experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and performance tuning.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- You must be confident in holding technical meetings and daily stand-ups with American clients.
- Core Concepts: Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.
- Preferred Skills (A Plus) AI & ML Interest: Experience with or a strong desire to learn AI integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel).
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps).
- Agile: Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities & Context:
Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using .NET (C#) for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage complex database schemas and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
AI Integration: Collaborate on integrating AI features into our existing ecosystem (e.g., integrating LLMs, OpenAI APIs, or Semantic Kernel) to enhance application intelligence.
Client Collaboration: Communicate technical concepts, progress updates, and requirements clearly with our US-based clients and stakeholders in English.
Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.
Requirements Analysis: Work with business analysts and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in .NET (e.g., .NET 8/9), Angular, and AI technologies to drive innovation within the team.
