Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• CCNA, AZ-104 vendor certification will be considered an advantage.

• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• At least have 1-2 years of experience in the IT Industry.

• IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments.
• Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, etc.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly, identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
• Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.
• Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, etc.
• Communicate with customers as required: keep them informed of incident progress, notify them of impending changes, and agree on outages.
• Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
• Document and report internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
• Understand processes in the ticketing System by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ticketing System.
• Work through project tickets and phases in the ticketing System as assigned by a Project Manager.
• Willing to work in a roster-based system and need to perform at least 2-night shifts in a week.
