CCNA, AZ-104 vendor certification will be considered an advantage.

- At least have 1-2 years of experience in the IT Industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments.
- Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, etc.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly, identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
- Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.
- Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, etc.
- Communicate with customers as required: keep them informed of incident progress, notify them of impending changes, and agree on outages.
- Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
- Document and report internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
- Understand processes in the ticketing System by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ticketing System.
- Work through project tickets and phases in the ticketing System as assigned by a Project Manager.
- Willing to work in a roster-based system and need to perform at least 2-night shifts in a week.
