∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible and assist line manager in setting key objectives, strategy, and actions plan for achieving Boiler business targets through B2B and/or B2C channel.
∎ Doing Category segmentation, deciding on target market and doing product positioning.
∎ Pay visit to customer and assess their requirement precisely.
∎ Communicate with external providers on technical part and costing and create solutions as per customer requirements.
∎ Ensuring effective value propositions for the customer.
∎ Managing key accounts effectively for achieving revenue & sales target.
∎ Ensuring customer acquisition and retention in order to achieve revenue & sales target.
∎ Ensure prompt and proactive sales activities as per commitment with customers, quality of work, and continual improvement including keeping of documents and records of all activities.
∎ Ensure standard procedures & processes are adhered to and only proper documents/tools/resources are used or employed.
∎ Resolve any discrepancies of sales related queries.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ The job holder requires demonstrating strong analytical ability, planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, computer literacy, leadership and people management skill, ability to work under stress and team playing mentality with practical action
