Additional Requirements:
Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance (Billing/Payment/ERP-related work preferred).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and transparency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Record, examine, and analyze bills & invoices from various departments (Procurement, HR, Civil, Marketing & Sales, Factory, etc.) while ensuring accuracy against purchase orders, material receive notes, and service reports.
Generate unique QR code tags for invoices in ERP to enhance billing transparency and eliminate the risk of duplicate entries.
Sort and allocate bills/vouchers for different units of the group to the appropriate departments.
Prepare and manage Excel-based datasets, conduct weekly analysis of payment modules, and report any inconsistencies to the supervisor.
Reconcile, prepare, maintain, and enter bank-related transactions (deposit slips, cheque entries, challan, LC documents, credit applications, etc.).
Prepare all types of financial documents, including payment vouchers, advice sheets, bank vouchers, cash vouchers, cheque vouchers, journal vouchers, LC duty vouchers, positive pay instructions, fund requisitions, and transfer documents.
