Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented, creative and innovative staff to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control sewing thread production processes to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, machines, and manpower in the production unit.
- Maintain daily production records and ensure compliance with production schedules.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance and maintenance teams for smooth operation.
- Sufficient knowledge about dyeing house management.
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness in line with company policies.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Report to the Production Manager on daily progress and operational issues.
