Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven Sales experiences
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target both personal and team (2 wheelers)
∎ Understanding Customer's needs and developing potential customers,
∎ Sales process implementation and tracking customers.
∎ Responsible for building a relationship approach with prospective customers.
∎ Collect, Forecast, and analyze the market data for the operating plan.
∎ Analysis of the competitor's market data and report submitted to the respective supervisor.
∎ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
∎ Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ Ensure input of potential customers list and follow up with them regular basis.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 27 years
∎ Good proven written and verbal communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams, including remote team members.
