Shipping Operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend the vessels at sea/anchorage for performing arrival and departure formalities.
∎ Prepare Import General Manifest (IGM) & Export General Manifest (EGM).
∎ Obtain necessary Custom and port related permission as and when needed (eg; port Noc etc.).
∎ Obtain necessary mercantile marine office, Govt. Shipping Office, Income Tax, Plant Quarantine & port health related permission as and when needed.
∎ Observe all incoming and outgoing vessel status on regular basis to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Report day to day activities to the department Head.
∎ Perform any source of work as per instruction of department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Managing & communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on E-mail and computer operation.
∎ Should possess good health and fit for boarding the vessel at sea/anchorage.
∎ Always ready to perform job under pressure and ready to accept any challenges.
∎ Capacity to tackle any unfavourable situation.
