Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any Discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare different kinds of shipping related documents.
∎ Update vessels and voyage associate documents and files.
∎ Work closely with departmental head to reconcile voyage accounts.
∎ Communicate with the vessel operators with recommended arrival times.
∎ Collaborate with Foreign Trade department on freight value, LC (Letter of Credit) payments, invoicing etc.
∎ Organize different kinds of documents, like-Freight invoices, Debit notes, Credit Notes etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good command over writing and speaking English.
∎ Good user of MS Office package, especially skilled in MS word and Excel.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
∎ Team player and hard working.
