Corporate Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act properly and timely to meet the real estate need of RedX so that the hubs are set up within the required deadline.
∎ Evaluate new property or office location to ensure it meets the need of the organization.
∎ Manage 3rd party agents to source required Estate.
∎ Complete documentations properly and ensure compliance.
∎ Accurately finish reconciliation at the end of a lease agreement.
∎ Maintain regular communication with the property owner/representative.
Additional Requirements:

Salary: Negotiable
