Experience:
Hands on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting
Good basic knowledge in IP routing and sub-netting
Experience in Linux and Windows OS setup and troubleshooting
Fluency in speaking and writing English and Bangla
Strong interpersonal skills
Team player and enjoys work pressure
Communicate and respond to customers (including domestic and foreign) over email and phone
Conduct customer visit to address technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain inter departmental communication
Research and development for adopting new technologies
Mentor, lead and train up team members
Work on cyber security including Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT)
Participate in a roster based work schedule, including night shifts
Attend pre-sales technical meetings
Plan and design system and network solutions for new as well as existing customers
Work on the routing and switching (Cisco, MikroTik, OLT etc.) including the wireless technologies (Cambium, Unifi, Ruckus, SOHO routers)
Work on Linux and Microsoft environment of company core system as well as customers
