• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunication

• Preferred Certification: RHCE, RHCSA, CCNA, etc.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service

• Hands-on experience in Linux, UNIX, FreeBSD, Ubuntu and Windows platform, open source cloud and virtualization management concepts, configuration management etc.

• Hands-on experience on Data Center hardware management.

• Sound Knowledge of basic mail transport protocols, DNS server, DHCP and related programs, network monitor software, MRTG, Cacti and Nagios.

• In-depth knowledge network and cyber security issues.

• Advance knowledge on MS Office.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English.

• Excellent presentation and analytical skills.

• Team player and ability to work under pressure.

• Perform daily system administration on Linux and open-source virtualization/Cloud platforms (Proxmox, Cloudstack).

• Monitor and maintenance of clustered and network-distributed storage solutions like Ceph.

• Analyze Operating System logs and identify potential issues in Linux systems.

• Troubleshoot and Monitor systems and services like C-Panel, DNS server, network monitor software, MRTG, Cacti, and Nagios, etc.

• Perform installation and maintenance activities of the system software, different Linux distro on server grade hardware.

• Troubleshoot MySQL Server, MySQL Cluster, and LAMP Stack.

• Monitor performance through multiple analysis and performance tuning.

• Manage configuration setup of LAN, WAN, VPN connectivity items (Switch, Router, Firewall).

• Ensure network security and secure server deployment.

• Implement timely backup policies to minimize data loss.

• Design required SOP and Diagrams for daily operations and system maintenance.

• Research and develop cutting edge technologies to cater client business requirements.

• Perform open source based cloud service maintenance activities as required.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such GCP, Azure, AWS will be given preference.
