∎ 2-4 years other requirements:
∎ Prior knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and experience working in strategic planning.
∎ Ability to read and understand different types of reports e.g., sales reports, consumer trend reports, etc.
∎ Capable of handling local and global brands as well as leading small-scale pitches
∎ Very well-skilled in both verbal and oral communication in Bangla & English
∎ Ability to work under pressure maintaining strict deadlines* Ability to prioritize work
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving capability
∎ Proficient in MS Office application suite, especially in PowerPoint
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and understand brief(s) from client(s)/ account management and/ or supervisor
∎ Design questionnaire/ discussion guide for quantitative/ qualitative research respectively
∎ Conduct Online Research
∎ Go to Field visit i.e., Market visit/ household visit/ factory visit
∎ Conduct Visual research
∎ Write document(s)
∎ Develop and deliver presentations to client(s)/ account management and/ or supervisor
∎ Supervise and coordinate the ongoing campaigns.
∎ Assign campaigns to subordinates and supervise them accordingly.
∎ Assist the Supervisor/ Director(s) in developing strategies and brand campaigns for assigned clients
∎ Proactively seek feedback and participate in training programs.
∎ Keeping track of work and schedules
