Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Software Support Engineer with Quality Control (QC) expertise to join our team. This dual-role position combines technical troubleshooting with rigorous software testing to ensure our products and services exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving software-related issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and address bugs and system improvements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications.
  • Develop and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on project requirements.
  • Document and report defects, enhancement requests, and technical resolutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products to assist users effectively.
  • Prepare and update user manuals, FAQs, and other support documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
