• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, strategy analytics, consulting, or data-driven decision support roles.      

• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product functions.      

• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

• Technical Skills:

• SQL proficiency.     

• Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis and modeling.      

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. 

• Strong understanding of customer analytics, cohort analysis, funnel analytics, and revenue analytics.      

• Exposure to forecasting, LTV modeling, and segmentation techniques.

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through behavioral analysis.

• Analyze transaction patterns, service performance, and pricing dynamics.

• Conduct LTV modeling and cohort-based revenue analysis.

• Evaluate campaign and commission performance to support commercial decision-making.

• Contribute to market sizing, opportunity assessment, and growth modeling.

• Develop executive dashboards and insight reports for leadership.

• Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to refine data structures and reporting capabilities.

• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance in line with company policies.
