Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer (Software Architect) to drive the design, architecture, and technical leadership of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.

This role is critical for our Product Innovation (CPIO) initiative, where we transform large-scale delivery projects into reusable, scalable, and revenue-generating products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define architecture standards, ensure engineering excellence, and enable rapid productization of internal IP assets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Architecture & System Design:

• Define and design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.

Implement modern architecture patterns:

• Microservices.

• Event-Driven Architecture.

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Create architecture diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.

2. Productization & Innovation Enablement:

• Convert existing project solutions into reusable product architectures.

Define standards for:

• Code reusability.

• Modular architecture.

• Multi-tenant SaaS systems.

Support building a central product repository and reusable system assets.

3. Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor development teams across multiple projects.

Conduct:

• Architecture reviews.

• Code reviews.

• Technical decision-making sessions.

Ensure adherence to clean code and engineering best practices.

4. Technology & Stack Ownership:

• Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Guide teams across stacks such as:

• Python / Node.js / MERN / .NET / Java.

• React / Frontend ecosystems.

Drive consistency across projects and products.

5. Cloud & DevOps Integration:

Design cloud-native solutions using:

• AWS / Azure / GCP.

Work with DevOps teams to implement:

• CI/CD pipelines.

• Docker & Kubernetes.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

6. System Integration & API Strategy:

Design and manage:

• REST / GraphQL APIs.

• Third-party integrations.

• Internal service communication.

Ensure scalability and performance of APIs.

7. Performance, Security & Scalability:

Ensure systems meet:

• High performance standards.

• Security best practices.

• Compliance requirements.

Optimize systems for scale and reliability.

8. Research & Innovation (PoC Driven):

Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for:

• New technologies.

• AI-driven features.

• System improvements.
