Digital Marketing Strategy
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content initiatives
• Manage performance marketing budgets and optimize ROI
• Develop and implement lead generation and customer acquisition strategies for overseas clients.
• Onboarding overseas B2B clients using LinkedIn or other methods.
Campaign Planning & Execution
• Design integrated marketing campaigns combining online and offline channels
• Coordinate with creative, content, and development teams for campaign alignment
• Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs including traffic, conversions, engagement, CAC, and ROI
• Use analytics tools to generate insights and performance reports
• Present marketing performance reports to senior management
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor digital marketing and brand team members
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts
• Manage overseas vendors when required.
Meta Ads Mastery (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• End-to-End Management: Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting Meta campaigns focused on Lead Gen and Sales.
• Full-Funnel Strategy: Implement advanced retargeting, lookalike audiences, and CAPI/Pixel integration to minimize data loss.
Google Ads Excellence (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Search & Intent: Build and manage high-intent Search campaigns, including deep keyword research and negative keyword management.
• Performance Max & Display: Scale reach through PMax, Display, and Video (YouTube) ads to ensure brand dominance.
• Bidding & Budgeting: Expertly manage Smart Bidding, Manual CPC, and budget allocation to maximize conversion value.
Data, Tracking & Optimization
• A/B Testing: Constant testing of creatives, landing pages, headlines, and audience segments.
• Analytics: Monitor daily KPIs using GA4, GSC, and internal dashboards.
• Technical Setup: Ensure flawless tracking via GTM (Google Tag Manager), Conversion API, and Event tracking.
Team Leadership
• Supervise Digital Marketing Executives, Designers, and Content Creators.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the digital team.
