Example UI/UX tasks you would possibly undertake

Build and document a scalable design system (colors, typography, components) in Figma, integrated with the frontend team’s component library in React.

Conduct UX audits and implement usability improvements, simplifying form flows and enhancing error handling.

Audit and redesign critical workflows to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, ensuring inclusivity across web and mobile experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and optimization of our digital products. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging user experiences. You’ll also mentor junior designers and own design projects from research to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes: user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI design.

• Translate business and user requirements into interactive design solutions.

• Define and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products.

• Conduct user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
