Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales Report for various personnel
∎ Daily Compass Cases Sales Report various personnel.
∎ Daily ADS report update.
∎ Daily Primary & Secondary report to line manager.
∎ Weekly Sales conformation top level management.
∎ Keep Primary & Secondary sales historical data & make data accuracy.
∎ Incorporate Trade Promotion on ERP weekly basis.
∎ Incorporate Updated Value Chain in ERP.
∎ New Product design in ERP.
∎ Open the distributor code in ERP & SFA, Update the distributor information.
∎ Coordination of factory & regional distribution team for any type of issue related to product stock, product price, ERP problem etc.
∎ Coordination of regional MIS for any type of issue related to Sales lifecycle.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by line manager & Top management.
