Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement & create sales plans, Identify, visit and contact potential clients to establish a new business to achieve targeted revenue growth.
∎ Identify, research, plan and contact potential clients to establish new business.
∎ Liaise with Key Accounts Executives, as well as Management Staff to ensure Systems are fully deployed and utilized.
∎ Communicating continuously with customers by phone, email, letter, and face to face.
∎ Analyzing customer satisfaction levels with appropriate tools.
∎ Advice and support the preparation of local quotations, service agreements, and local tenders.
∎ Handling customer complaints effectively for better customer service.
∎ Ensure communication and coordination with other teams (e.g. KAE, auditors, and management) to facilitate the successful handover and execution of services.
∎ Establish and maintain profitable relationships with existing and potential customers.
