Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in Fabricators, Aluminum, Glass door, window, hardware, or building materials sales.
• Candidates with technical knowledge of aluminum & glass products are preferred
• Experience dealing with developers, fabricators, contractors, or interior firms is preferred

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and travel if needed.
• Understand window systems: sliding, casement, fixed frame, double glass, etc.
• Smart, confident, honest, and target-oriented personality
• Motorcycle with a valid driving license is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of basic English a plus
• Ability to read simple technical drawings is preferred

Sales Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Aluminum, Tempered Glass, Fabrications across Bangladesh
• Visit customers, dealers, Developer Project, Govt projects, interior firms, and construction companies
• Develop new dealer networks in potential districts and cities
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical explanations for clients
• Take accurate requirements from clients at project sites
• Prepare quotations based on correct measurement & customer requirements
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-up
• Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and ensure timely payment collection
• Gather market information on competitor products, designs, and pricing
• Prepare daily/weekly sales visit reports

Branding Responsibilities:

• Promote Neer Glass and Engineering Ltd. brand where people don’t know our products
• Introduce Neer Glass and Fabrications to new clients, new dealers, and developers
• Explain quality differences between Neer Glass and Engineering and local products
• Support promotional activities, exhibitions, dealer events, and field campaigns
• Share field photos, videos, showroom installs for marketing/social media
• Maintain consistent brand representation in all activities Coordinate with factory for production, delivery, and after-sales support
