∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vetting of title/land documents & drafting of charge documents (Mortgage, IGPA, LoU, TPA etc.)
∎ Execution of Deed of Mortgage, IGPA, Redemption and Revocation etc.
∎ Follow up on litigation issues (Handling case files, maintaining case status and relevant issues)
∎ Represent IPDC in legal matters before the law chambers/enlisted lawyers and ensure best possible suggestion
∎ Verification and Title Search of the submitted documents/papers with the concerned govt. Offices/Authorities
∎ Submission of charge documents to RJSC, withdrawn of Certificates and certified copies for Clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Accuracy and precision in recording customer records
∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Teamwork
∎ Sound communication skills both in English & Bangla
Salary: Negotiable
