∎ B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science and Information Technology.

∎ Experience: Have 1-2 years experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking
∎ Have hands-on experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Ability to configure and manage basic network devices.
∎ Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
∎ Have ability to work in factory based organization.
∎ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth factory operation of all IT systems, including network and hardware.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
∎ Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.·
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues promptly.·
∎ Monitor and ensure factory data security, antivirus updates, and system backups.·
∎ Provide technical support to factory.
∎ Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacement.
∎ Coordinate with service providers and vendors when required.
∎ Prepare basic IT-related documentation and reports.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
∎ Have good experience in implementation, troubleshooting, and support of ERP.
∎ Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users, and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
∎ Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.
