∎ BBA/MBA in HR/Finance from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical knowledge to operate payroll software independently.
∎ Assist to Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems in HRIS.
∎ Maintain accurate processing of payroll transaction including salaries, benefits, celling bill and other deductions.
∎ Analyze and evaluate complex technical payroll procedures, controls and information and documentation systems.
∎ Ensure payroll updates of new hires & final settlement for separated employees.
∎ Assist and ensure timely evaluation through performance appraisal and increment process in every year.
∎ Manage attendance & leave administration in the HRIS.
∎ Assist supervisor and pursue all HR related issues, responsibilities and works.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 3 to 4 years of experience in Payroll/HRIS/Leave/Attendance.
∎ Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
∎ Proficient with HRIS & Employee database
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Conversant in English
∎ Good Communication Skill
