Admin Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge in HR & admin related job.
∎ Have an experience about attendance & leave Management, Renewal of all license, membership renewal, BERC, Environment license,
∎ Have a sound knowledge about BIDA & immigration for foreign employee.
∎ Have a experience regarding land deed.
∎ Have a good knowledge of HR & admin related all job.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Any previous training on Social Compliance/ Legal/ Environmental standards will be added advantage.
∎ Fluency in spoken & written English is essential.
∎ Drafting both Bengali and English is must.
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
