Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Focus on generating sales, meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Greet and welcome all visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using reservation software or manual registers.
  • Handle phone calls, email, and online inquiries related to bookings, availability, and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of room reservations, guest profiles, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Manage and monitor daily cash transactions, bills, and payment collections.
  • Prepare daily financial summaries and reports for the accounts department.
  • Handle POS systems for service billing and ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Provide guests with information about the local area, transportation, attractions, and services.
  • Resolve guest complaints, requests, or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and record customer feedback for quality improvement and brand development.
  • Support the branding strategy by maintaining a positive image of the hostel at all times.
  • Participate in digital marketing efforts, including social media and online review management.
  • Track competitors' offers and contribute ideas for improving service packages and increase sales.
  • Ensure front office area cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hospitality standards.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and follow standard operating procedures.
