∎ Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ EEE/ Chemical /IPE or MBA in any business discipline.

Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Foreign Trade
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing L/C Opening, Documentation, Payment of L/C, and follow-up retirement of documents.
∎ Facilitate the preparation of commercial invoices and ensure Online shipment booking & documentation.
∎ Correspondence with buyers for any uprising issues (e.g., Export/Import L/C amendment, correction L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, etc.) through phone and e-mail.
∎ Cooperate to submit all Import and Export-related statements and returns.
∎ Coordinate the activities and maintain liaison to build up a satisfactory relationship with Customs/ Port Customs, Banks, etc.
∎ Maintain import shipping documents on time as per compliance of Foreign Exchange Policy, and BEZA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and E-mail correspondence.
∎ Analytical Skills.
