Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Must have knowledge of Fire Hydrant Design & Installation. Must know the pressure calculation.
∎ Must have knowledge of Fire Detection System Design. Must have the knowledge of Installation.
∎ Must have practical experience of Detection System & Hydrant System Maintenance.
∎ The employee should be responsible for Design, Installation & Maintenance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire Detection System Design, Fire Hydrant Design Installation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Context:
∎ 100% export oriented garments manufacturing. We are looking for an Officer (Fire-Safety Design & Maintenance) who has experience in Accord & Alliance dealing.
∎ Only dynamic, self-committed, energetic and hardworking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have vast knowledge on Technical Management of fire safety to ensure fire safety in composite factory.
∎ Monitor and ensure Maintenance of facility's fire hydrant, fire pumps, detection systems.
∎ Have adequate technical knowledge with practical working experiences regarding fire equipment Design, Installation and Maintenance.
∎ Should have practical knowledge and working experience with Accord/ Alliance/ RSC.
∎ Daily floor visit for ensuring all type of fire equipment are functional as well as follow up the daily checklist activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Self-motivated & result oriented.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Fire prevention Act, NFPA, BNBC.
∎ Excellent communication in written & speaking in English.
∎ Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad & Fire Detection-Protection Design related software.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have willingness to work in different locations.
