Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and analyze daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
∎ Generate performance dashboards and reports for management.
∎ Collaborate with departments to understand performance trends and root causes.
∎ Track and analyze the performance of employees using key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Prepare reports on performance analysis.
∎ Recommend corrective actions for underperforming areas.
∎ Manage reward programs through Performance Management Systems.
∎ Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams.
∎ Maintain data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems.
∎ Visit all branches as required.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
