Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather information about clients' business and residence locations.
∎ Collect details about clients' relatives to aid in the recovery process.
∎ Confirm and reconcile balances with clients.
∎ Establish and monitor payment schedules with clients.
∎ Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
∎ Confirm and reconcile collected amounts with the headquarters.
∎ Deposit collections securely and maintain accurate records.
∎ Identify non-compliant clients and escalate cases to legal or recovery agencies.
∎ Prepare and maintain proper documentation for legal proceedings.
∎ Engage in local legal actions when necessary.
∎ Provide daily and weekly projections versus collection reports.
∎ Present comprehensive reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with local influential authorities, such as business associations, political leaders, or legislative authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Prior experience in credit recovery and legal proceedings is highly preferred.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging client interactions.
∎ Familiarity with local legal procedures and authorities.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
