∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ CA Qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain an understanding of the environment being audited.
∎ Work closely with the internal auditing team to determine and plan the scope and objective of an internal audit specifying the resource requirements and the engagement work program.
∎ Assess compliance with internal policies, processes and procedures.
∎ Assess risk management and compliance functions.
∎ Deliver clear and sufficient audit evidence to support recommendations and audit assessment.
∎ Identify root cause of issues and impact, as well as recommend changes to business processes.
∎ Work with stakeholders to coordinate reporting and ensure all stakeholders are aware of the audit details and areas of concern.
∎ Analyze the operations in a way which closely follows the rules and procedures supporting the organization’s goals and objectives to determine compliance to these procedures.
∎ Coordinate processes to support implementation and execution of audit plans.
∎ Analyze and evaluate the internal controls to determine its effectiveness in mitigating risks and threats and to ensure the reliability of financial reports and compliance to laws and statutory reports.
∎ Evaluate methods used by the company to protect its assets and assesses the relevance of safeguards.
∎ Professionally communicate audit findings to required stakeholders.
∎ Prepare audit report for review by manager and head of department.
∎ Review outcome of audit process in terms of objectives, quality, completeness and feedback.
∎ Provide objective evaluations of internal controls, risk management efforts and governance processes.
∎ Remain current with best practice and legislation and related business operational processes to enable analyses and review of a variety of risk and compliance areas in the business depending on the scope identified in the audit plan.
∎ Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the management controls over those activities.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by head of department.
