- Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
- Achieving sales target given by the management.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
- Deal with prospective clients.
- Maintaining clients' database, maintain sales & others reports.
- Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.
- Develop and execute regional sales plan.
- Organize & participate in sales related events.
- Presenting company product and services to the clients.
- Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business.
- Right attitudes for promoting company's product and brand image.
- Any other duty assigned by the management.
- Collect/provide any documents to the owner or buyer if necessary.
- Update daily & monthly report of their activities.
- Direct marketing and selling available products of the organization.
- Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
- Maintaining clients' database, maintain sales & others reports.
- Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.
- Develop and execute regional sales plan.
