Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working directly with the Chairman.
∎ Perform day-to-day secretarial tasks at the Chairman's desk while maintaining proper confidentiality of all work.
∎ Prepared and drafted written correspondence- letters/drafts/power point presentations/agreements/MOUS/NDA and any other official letters.
∎ Drafting and communicating various business letters to various overseas clients of the Chairman as directed.
∎ Coordinate with the management team and other departments as needed.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Good in writing, reading and speaking both in English &Bengali
∎ Good presentation skills
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Salary: Negotiable
