Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Identify and Prospect: Research and identify potential clients within the government, education, and corporate sectors who can benefit from our e-governance solutions and video conferencing tools or digital products.
∎ 2. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
∎ 3. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to address client challenges, leveraging our suite of e-governance products and video conferencing tools.
∎ 4. Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations both in-person and virtually to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
∎ 5. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market penetration which includes identifying new opportunities, creating sales pitches, and negotiating contracts.
∎ 6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, product enhancements, and customer satisfaction.
∎ 7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
∎ 8. Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance to ensure their success and satisfaction with our solutions.
∎ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Interest in B2B sales in the technology or software industry.Strong understanding of e-governance concepts, video conferencing technologies, and related software solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Customer-eccentric mindset with a passion for delivering value and driving client satisfaction.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
