Job Description:
Greet and engage customers in the retail & wholesale shop.
Understand customers` needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to both existing and prospective customers.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including features, pricing, and promotional offers
Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the Head of Sales
Work closely with the retail & wholesale team to provide a seamless customer experience
