Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Direct Sales/Marketing of MDL products.
∎ 2.Must be Target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ 3.Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ 4.Prepare report as required by management.
∎ 5.Market Visit, Client Hunt, Creating Market Opportunity. 6.Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ 7. Build a strong relationship with clients.
∎ 8. Manage Existing & New Potential Customers by Personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ 9. Expected to be Target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ 10. Analyze to Market Activities as per senior's instructions.
∎ 11. Creating new clients to accrue the individual sales target.
∎ 12. Ensure own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ 13. Execute all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ 14. Have to achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales target.
