Responsibilities & Context:
- Promote and sell apartments to prospective clients through direct communication and property visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Conduct project presentations and explain apartment features, pricing, and payment procedures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and client follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Priority have experience in Face book, Sms, Whatsapp others online Digital Marketing.
