Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 6 years of sales and marketing experience, at least 3 years in sales and marketing work experience in the digital media add sales,
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, organizations in the advertising market
∎ Interest and ability to plan and develop innovative marketing strategies alongside conventional methods
∎ Ability to communicate with business entities, research institutions, NGOs, development institutions, social organizations to encourage sponsorship of media program
∎ Solid understanding of advertising networks, and present trends of popular media program
∎ Consistently meeting and exceeding periodic goals
∎ Strong negotiation tactics and ability to conclude business deals
∎ Proven ability to establish effective relationships with decision makers and work across multiple projects concurrently
∎ Individually driven, highly motivated, personable, charismatic, and positive
∎ Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
∎ Proficient in Bengali and English
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
