1. Post Graduation/ Graduation in any discipline

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

1. 2 years to 3 years’ experience in Interior marketing department
2. Experience in tele marketing
3. Strong communication skill (both in English & Bangla)
4. Analytical skills and leadership capability
5. Excellent negotiation skills
6. Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/MS Excel/ Power Point)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Find out new customer.
2. Achieve assigned sales target by maximizing sales.
3. Retain existing client with effective co-operation.
4. Very Good manner of Speech
5. Prepare a daily report over existing customer with their feedback.
6. Prepare action plans and schedule for sales.
7. Communicate regularly with customer & team members.
8. Maintaining and updating existing & potential customer databases.
9. Maintain sales activity records & reports.
10. Corporate sales & marketing planning and implementation.
11. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationship with the clients.
12. Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers.
13. Study all types of design & drawing of interior work.
14. Any kind of task assigned by the management.
15. Must work under pressure.

Festival Bonus 2 (Yearly) ½ of salary in Eid-ul-fetor & ½ of salary in Eid-ul-Azha As per Company Policy
