Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the territory coverage targets by ensuring sustainability and app technology.
∎ Develop in-depth knowledge about our app uses and onboard new opportunities including the dropped customers in assigned territory.
∎ Create and execute territory marketing plans that meet or exceed established sales targets.
∎ Optimize business development plans by working closely with Area Managers.
∎ Extensive pharmacy visits in the territory and understanding their business needs.
∎ Continuously expand customers.
∎ Build long-term and productive relationships with existing and new pharmacies.
∎ Work effectively with internal support departments to promote sales offers for new and existing customers to maximize visibility.
∎ Complete Marketing activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to visit extensively (Mostly field level work)
∎ Computer skills, particularly in spreadsheet and email
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to accomplish desired results under pressure
∎ Eager to learn continuously
∎ Assertive and self-motivated
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Gross Salary - bdt. 25000 (salary + incentive)
***The incentive is based on Employee performance.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Probation Period - 3 Months. After probation period salary will be increased.
