∎ Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor degree in any discipline.

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify Business Opportunities and Conduct Meeting with Prospective Clients.
∎ Conduct market research to identify marketing possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
∎ Identifying public tender opportunities on E-tenders or other sources
∎ Co-ordinate all pre-qualification and tender bids with pre-planned approach to meet deadlines for submissions.
∎ Managing the pre-qualification & tender process including researching, tailoring and producing submissions to public and private clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sales and Marketing particularly Equipment and Systems.
∎ Candidates having work experiences with Govt. offices specially Secretariat , Railway, Civil Aviation, Land Port Authority, Port Authorities etc. will get preferences.
∎ Should be smart, well groomed & self-motivated.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic, presentable and mindset to work for a long time under pressure.
∎ Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
