Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare pitches, presentations, proposals etc. for private as well as corporate clients
∎ Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
∎ Gather, maintain and analyze consumer data from inbound & outbound sales and marketing activities
∎ Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
∎ Design new marketing campaigns (online/offline) to generate brand awareness and sales conversions
∎ Build relationships with prospective clients through sales visits
∎ Maintain relationship with existing clients
∎ Monitor competitors' marketing activities
∎ Supervise big catering events and ensure all team members are working up to expectations
∎ Develop relationships with existing stakeholders to get better rates/services
∎ Plan and execute various private and corporate event management projects etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ What we are looking for is someone who is smart and hungry for hard work. This is a young company which is always working on exciting new projects, so we need an individual who will be extremely driven and dedicated to his work. It does not matter too much if you lack knowledge or expertise in certain areas. As long as you are willing to learn, and work diligently, we will groom you.

∎ Proficiency in speaking and writing in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
∎ Ability to easily mix with people and build relationships
∎ Smart, well-mannered and a team player
∎ Good aesthetic sense for conceptualizing attractive event décor and designs will be an advantage
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
