Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ● Communicate with clients over the phone to provide information, answer inquiries, and arrange property visits.
∎ ● Conduct property visits with clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
∎ ● Coordinate and participate in sales presentations, meetings, and property tours.
∎ ● Manage and grow a client base by identifying and targeting potential customers.
∎ ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.
∎ ● Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
∎ ● Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
∎ ● Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
∎ ● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
