Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Researching prospects, generating leads, and finding prospective clients through established methods and Prospects visits.
∎ To promote (Flats/Apartments/Design/Construction/Interior) to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
∎ Being a key contact point for customers and answering queries.
∎ Hitting monthly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly activity reports.
