  • Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an organized Sales and Business Development Assistant Manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company`s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

  • Promoting the company`s existing packages and implementing new sales plans.

  • Reporting to the higher authority regarding the company`s sales and company`s market position.

  • Preparing weekly pipeline and providing presentations to the management.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.

  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company`s marketing goals.

  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

  • Assisting, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales.

  • Maintaining relationships with important clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team & coordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.

  • Ensure team sales target achievement monthly, and quarterly, with necessary planning and execution of planning to meet the target along with team members.

  • Manage the team, get results out of it and mainly motivated the team to work in the field effectively to get sales.

  • Open new territory according to business opportunities and help salespeople to increase sales.

  • Oversee the activities & performance of the sales & marketing team.

  • Prepare strategic plan for social media marketing, promotions.
