• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communication (or relevant)

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, healthcare, or service industry preferred

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with field visits and relationship management

• Basic understanding of digital marketing & lead handling is a plus

• Fluent in Bangla; working English preferred
