About the Job:
The Sales and Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the company`s growth strategy in the potential markets. The core focus is to build and scale strategic partnerships with network operators, aggregators, platforms, and OTTs. This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the messaging and system, and the ability to influence both commercial and product direction within the company.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be confident in relationship building, and have a knack for identifying new business opportunities. English proficiency is a must, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote OTTs platform, cloud services, and digital solutions.

  • Generate and manage client and vendor/suppliers relationships locally and internationally.

  • Conduct networking and business communication to expand market presence.

  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and suppliers.

  • Develop and execute  strategies for communication and retain the clients across markets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with network operators, aggregators, platforms, and major OTT players.

  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.

  • Strategically expand presence in high-value regions through routing relationships.

  • Build and present detailed business cases for new client partnerships, including projected volumes, revenue forecasts, and margin analysis.

  • Take full ownership of business case execution, ensuring agreed KPIs and commercial outcomes are tracked and achieved.

  • Monitor market trends, pricing, regulations, and messaging policies across clients and suppliers.

  • Provide feedback to product and operations teams to enhance competitiveness and client and supplier satisfaction.

  • Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and technical teams to support and execute deals.
