Experience in Real Estate, Sales
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use real-estate market knowledge to identify potential clients and initiate contact
∎ Respond to any sales/land queries and follow up accordingly
∎ Run pitch meetings with prospective clients, having prepared all necessary presentations and product offerings
∎ Work with Business Development team to create project brochures and any other sales pitch material
∎ Arrange tours and accompany prospective clients to Bay projects
∎ Process all sales documentation for both commercial and residential projects
∎ Maintain long-term relationships with clients, creating a vast client database
∎ Ensure client experiences smooth transition from deal closure to service from Customer Care team
∎ Regularly present sales status and suggestions to improve product offerings to management
∎ Conduct market research to identify Bay's strengths and opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Strong understanding of the real-estate market
∎ Ability to carry out the sales process from start to finish
∎ Excellent command of both English and Bangla
∎ Outstanding communication and presentation ability- verbal and written
∎ Strong negotiation skills
∎ Positive, energetic, and people-centric attitude
∎ Proficiency in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Salary: Negotiable
